Xindun Power Yiwu PV Expo | Inverter OEM

From May 7 to 9, the Yiwu Solar Energy Expo — officially the Yiwu Solar Photovoltaic Energy Storage Application Expo — was held at Yiwu International Expo Center. As a key PV Expo in Asia, the event brought together industry professionals from around the world. Xindun Power was there, booth E1-F32.
Three days. Hundreds of visitors. Dozens of serious conversations.
Our team talked to traders and distributors from the Middle East, Africa, Southeast Asia, and Europe, followed by system integrators and engineering contractors. Some came with clear specifications in hand. Others came with problems they hadn't been able to solve.
What did they ask about? What are overseas and domestic buyers actually concerned about now?
This article shares a few real moments from the PV Expo. No empty words. No marketing fluff. Just what we heard and what we learned.
1.High frequency solar hybrid inverter: our core product
The HFP series high frequency solar hybrid inverter (1kW to 12.3kW) was the most frequently mentioned product at our booth.
Why high frequency?
Let's be clear. High frequency inverters are mainly designed for home appliances — they are lightweight, efficient, and perfect for everyday use.
But many visitors from construction sites, farms, and small factories came to our booth and asked about our high frequency HFP series. Why?
Because they know that high frequency technology is not just for homes anymore. Our HFP series has improved enough to handle many loads on site — lighting, power tools, fridges, even small pumps.
Of course, for heavy inductive loads like large water pumps or air compressors, we still recommend our low frequency inverters. They are stronger and more stable under heavy loads.
But for daily power needs on site — where lightweight, easy installation, and cost performance matter — high frequency is a smart choice. And our HFP series supports battery‑free operation, which is a big plus.
We brought the HFP Series Hybrid Inverter to the Solar Energy Expo for live display. Visitors saw the compact design, reviewed the technical parameters, and discussed real installation scenarios with our engineers.
Many international buyers from the Middle East, Africa, Southeast Asia, and Europe came to inquire about the specifications — along with traders and distributors from domestic coastal regions like Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Anhui, and the Pearl River Delta. After our explanation and analysis, they came to understand the key features of this product: compact size, high power density, and battery‑free operation.
One trader focused on the African market told us: "I have seen other brands. But your high frequency hybrid inverter gives me more confidence — lighter, more efficient, and the price works for my market."
He had previously purchased low frequency inverters from another brand. The units were heavy, expensive, and harder to install. At Yiwu, he was looking for a high frequency alternative that could handle his loads while being easier to deploy.
For solar hybrid applications, high frequency technology is the future. It delivers lower weight, higher efficiency, and better value. We believe in being transparent about what our products can do — and letting the hardware speak for itself.
2. Hybrid inverter efficiency: real test data under continuous load
Hybrid inverters attracted serious attention — from both domestic and overseas visitors.
The most common question: what does the inverter actually deliver under continuous load, not just peak numbers?
We shared our real test data.
6.3kW model: half load 91%, full load 90%
3.3kW model: half load 90%, full load 89%
Not the highest on paper. But honest — measured under real working conditions.
What sets Xindun apart is stability under load. At our booth, we ran pumps, refrigerators, and power tools simultaneously. The output stayed steady. No voltage drop. No overheating. No trip.
Many competitors claim high efficiency but won't run continuous load for an hour. Xindun inverters are built for day after day operation.
A UK customer watched our live demo and said: "Some claim 95% but won't run a pump for 20 minutes. Yours just work."
He asked for MOQ and took our spec sheets.
We don't inflate numbers. We prove stability on the spot.
3. What buyers really care about now: warranty, OEM, and test data
This was the clearest trend we observed at the PV Expo.
In previous years, the first question was often "How much?"
This year, buyers asked:
- What is the warranty period?
- Do you have overseas warehouses?
- Can you provide OEM solar inverter branding?
- Do you have test data to support your specifications?
Price is still important. But long term cooperation, after sales support, and product reliability are now weighted much more heavily.
We didn't need to sell with big words. We let our track record speak. Visitors stopped, read, and stayed to talk. Why? Because many have been burned before. They chose a low cost supplier, only to receive no support after the sale. Now they are looking for partners they can trust over years, not months.

Three days at this Solar Energy Expo. One stack of business cards. Multiple follow-ups scheduled.
Some customers confirmed sample orders on the spot. Others asked for post-expo unit testing. A few just wanted to understand our factory capabilities before making a decision.
The expo is over. But our conversation window stays open.
