Xindun Successfully Participated in the Iraq International Energy Expo & Conference

From January 10th to 12th, 2026, the Iraq International Energy Expo & Conference successfully concluded at the Baghdad International Exhibition Center. As a highly influential energy industry event in the Middle East, this year's expo focused on the core theme of "Accelerating Energy Transition and Sustainable Development," promoting the upgrading of Iraq's power sector and the energy transition process. The exhibition area exceeded 25,000 square meters, bringing together more than 300 companies from over 20 countries, and attracting over 15,000 visitors. Xindun Power showcased our solar energy products at booth B-16 in Hall 8, exploring new opportunities in the Iraq market with global partners.

At this energy expo, Xindun Power focused on the needs of the Iraq solar energy market, showcasing high frequency hybrid inverters HFP, HFP-C, and HFP-E series, which support off grid, on grid, hybrid, and batteryless operation. These inverters feature wide PV input range of 30Vdc-500Vdc and stable voltage output, effectively handling Iraq's high temperatures, high radiation levels, and fluctuating grid conditions. The All in One Solar Generator, with its all in one and plug and play design, built in inverter, MPPT solar controller, and lithium battery, offering easy installation and low maintenance costs, making it suitable for remote areas, rural electrification projects, and commercial backup power scenarios in Iraq. The Wonder2 series solar controller on display, boasting up to 99% MPPT tracking efficiency, low loss operation, and intelligent heat dissipation design, attracted significant attention from engineering companies and system integrators.

Among them, the HFP-C series hybrid inverter is the most popular in the market. Its unique and stylish design features a large circular disc with ring shaped light strip, supporting free switching and adjustment of eight colors: blue, pink, light blue, green, orange, purple, yellow, and white blue. This enhances the technological feel of the device and strengthens the ambiance in both residential and commercial spaces. The HFP-C also features dual AC outputs, one for the primary load and one for the secondary load, allowing simultaneous power supply to both. This prioritizes power to critical equipment and automatically switches to non critical loads when power is insufficient, improving energy efficiency and enhancing the reliability and comfort of power usage.

Iraq's solar energy market is rapidly emerging. On the one hand, Iraq boasts abundant sunshine resources, with an average annual sunshine duration exceeding 3,000 hours, making it suitable for large scale solar power generation. On the other hand, the country has long faced  power supply shortage, with power outages still common during the summer peak season. This has prompted the government, businesses, and residents to actively seek renewable energy alternatives. In recent years, the Iraq government has introduced a series of policies supporting renewable energy development, explicitly aiming to achieve 33% of its electricity demand from renewable sources by 2030, with  planned total installed capacity of 18 gigawatts. It also plans to invest over $10 billion in power infrastructure construction and new energy development over the next five years. Currently, 15 solar energy projects are underway, which will add total of 5,720 megawatts of power capacity, providing solid policy guarantee for market development. The hosting of the Iraq International Energy Expo & Conference has attracted significant international investment and the introduction of solar energy products, further promoting the development of Iraq's solar energy market.
