Why Did the Lebanon Customer Choose Xindun Solar Inverter?

A customer from Lebanon, Jackson, left a message on Xindun Power's website: "Tenants are constantly complaining about power outages, and the high cost of generators is causing them great distress, resulting in frequent vacancies and difficulty in renting out the apartment. Our engineers, via remote video, discovered a loose connection at the DC input terminal (the part connecting the solar panel) of one inverter, and that the battery connection wires on another were reversed. With our correct guidance, the power was safely disconnected, the terminals were tightened, and the battery connections were corrected. We also explained in detail the reasons for the error codes on the display and how to confirm and reset them using simple button operations. The solar inverter was successfully put into testing. Previously, the customer's area only had 8-10 hours of mains per day, and the rest of the time they relied on diesel generators for power. Now, the solar inverter can supplement their daily electricity needs, reducing reliance on diesel generators. Tenants have seen an average monthly decrease of 35%-45% in electricity and fuel costs, more stable appliance operation, and an improved electricity experience. Simultaneously, occupancy rates have significantly increased, with vacancy rates dropping from approximately 20% to less than 5%.
