I am Erin, an Indian power engineer who has long provided one stop services for the procurement and installation of solar inverter for local households, supermarkets, and communication base stations. In India, I have long heard of your company's factory capabilities and have previously installed your solar hybrid inverter for many customers. I was impressed by the stability and compatibility of your products. Recently, I have received a large number of installation requests from customers, and the current severe power problems in India make these needs even more urgent. Frequent power outages, large voltage fluctuations, and unstable power grid supply not only affect the daily electricity use of households but also restrict the operation of businesses. Many customers urgently need a solution that can take into account both solar energy utilization and emergency power supply. I hope to cooperate deeply with your company to procure solar inverters that are adapted to India's power needs and solve the electricity problems of local customers."
In further communication, Erin introduced the load conditions and usage requirements of different projects. Considering the Indian power grid conditions and the high temperature, dusty operating environment, we recommended high frequency solar hybrid inverter to him. This solar hybrid inverter features bidirectional energy storage design, allowing flexible control of the current direction. It can charge the battery from solar energy or, when necessary, replenish the battery from the mains power, thus maintaining continuous system operation even during power outages or voltage instability. The built in MPPT solar controller supports max solar input voltage of 500Vdc, enabling efficient power generation even under India's intense solar condition. Through RS485 communication, users can remotely monitor the equipment status and operating data, making timely adjustments.
After gaining a thorough understanding of the product details, Erin immediately partnered with Xindun Power, purchasing 100pcs 6KW and 10KW solar hybrid inverter for various projects including homes, supermarkets, and communication base stations. Upon successful delivery, the customer installed 10KW solar hybrid inverter in a rest area. This area experiences high foot traffic and encompasses multiple areas including restaurants, shopping, and rest areas, resulting in a high electricity load. Previously, it had been frequently affected by power outages and voltage fluctuations, resulting in issues such as lights going out, air conditioning stopping, and POS equipment malfunctioning. This not only impacted the rest experience of travelers but also damaged the service area's operations and led to high maintenance costs.
After a period of use, the service area management reported that the 10KW solar hybrid inverter had freed them from the problem of frequent power outages. The inverter, through two way complementary power supply of solar and mains power, coupled with energy storage battery, ensured uninterrupted power supply. Even if the mains power was interrupted, it could quickly switch to solar and battery power mode, ensuring the normal operation of the service area's lighting, air conditioning, cash register equipment, restroom ventilation, and other facilities. Power outages no longer affected operations or the passenger experience. Secondly, it effectively mitigated the impact of voltage fluctuations. The inverter could stabilize the output voltage, preventing damage to various electrical equipment due to excessively high or low voltage, reducing equipment maintenance and replacement costs, and lowering operational losses. Improved power stability also led to decrease in electricity costs.
