20KW Off Grid Solar System Installed in China

Inner Mongolia, China, is one of the regions richest in solar energy resources, with annual sunshine hours generally between 2700 and 3300, providing excellent conditions for solar power generation. Against the backdrop of the national advocacy for green development and the "dual carbon" goal, more and more industrial and commercial enterprises are choosing to utilize solar system to reduce electricity costs.
Mr. Liu operates a processing plant in Inner Mongolia, where electricity expenses have long constituted a significant proportion of his operating costs. He decided to install off grid solar system to reduce these expenses. He traveled three hours by plane from Inner Mongolia to our Foshan factory for an on site inspection. During detailed discussions, we learned about his factory's power load, main equipment types, daily peak power consumption, roof structure, and local solar radiation data. Our engineers conducted a preliminary feasibility assessment of off grid solar system and, considering roof orientation, shading conditions, and bracket arrangement, provided optimal installation location and tilt angle design suggestions.
The client directly observed the entire production process through our production workshop. From the rigorous testing of raw material procurement to the precise assembly in the production process, and finally to the multiple performance tests before the finished product leaves the factory, the standardized operations at each stage impressed Mr. Liu deeply. The customer expressed great confidence in the quality of our products.
Mr. Liu directly signed a contract with us to purchase 20KW off grid solar system. This system includes a 192V 20KW off grid inverter, a 100A MPPT solar controller, battery packs, a photovoltaic combiner box, and high efficiency solar panels. The 20KW off grid inverter is a three phase, low frequency solar inverter with three inputs and three outputs, supporting 100% three phase unbalanced loads to meet the needs of high power equipment used in factory. It also boasts three times the peak power output capability, easily handling the instantaneous high current surge during the startup of motor type equipment, effectively preventing system shutdowns due to excessive starting current and ensuring stable production line operation.
The customer's feedback indicates that since installing the 20KW off grid solar system, the inverter has operated smoothly without any alarms or shutdowns. Even in the windy and sandy weather of Inner Mongolia during spring, the system maintained stable operation, exceeding his expectations. The factory's electricity costs have decreased significantly, with estimated annual savings of 30%–40%. Mr. Liu stated that he has three other branch factories that have not yet implemented solar systems. Given the successful experience of this collaboration and the superior performance of our 20KW off grid solar system, he will continue to work with us to install 20KW off grid solar systems in his other factories.
